For convenience of participants,
the workshop will not take place at any campus of Kyushu Institute of
Technology (Kyutech).
How to participate
Please contact the organizer in advance for the participation in
the workshop. Space can be guaranteed only for those who have received
confirmation by the organizer.
The workshop is going to be held in a rental conference room
in the middle of the city center. Once a room is booked, it cannot
be changed to a larger room or a different building to
accommodate a larger number of people. On the day,
we can accept people up to the maximum capacity of the room which
will not be very large. Please help us by letting us know your
interest as soon as you plan to join us.

(Fukuoka Airport has many and frequent flights from Japanese and Asian cities.
It also has flights from Amsterdam and Honolulu.)
- Hakata Port International Terminal - 2 hours 55 minutes from Busan, Korea (20 mins by bus or 10 mins by taxi to JR Hakata Station from the port)

The most desirable and convenient area would be just next to or
near the Hakata station. There are a lot of reasonable hotels
whose rooms can be booked easily on the major online booking sites such as booking.com
